Over the years, Emerge has earned a reputation as the go-to company when faced with all types of challenges in custom plastic components. We offer services that range from customs injection molding, tooling, rapid prototyping (RP), reverse engineering, first article inspection to limited Computer Aided Design (CAD) and engineering. Emerge leads the field as a "one-stop" facility. But we don't stop there. We are certified reprentatives for CADMold 3D from Simcon, Inc., and are in the process of becoming ISO9001 and QS-9000 certified, which increases our ability to remain competitive for years to come.

Since 1971, we've been creating quality and crafting value in Forest Grove, Oregon. Our facility, located just 25 miles west of Portland, Oregon, has evolved over the years to meet our customers' ever-increasing demands for custom plastic components.

Throughout our 40,000 square feet of space, we've modified, modernized and maximized our operation to enhance the skills and assure the safety of our craftsmen and women -- to make the best possible use of valuable resources -- and to serve as an environmentally-conscious good neighbor to both our local and global community.
