Inspection Services

We use a Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to perform First Article Reviews and to digitize existing parts. With this machine and our expertise, we can quickly generate a report for you that demonstrates the accuracy of your parts compared to your pre-set tolerances.

We are also able to take an existing part and digitize it, thus creating an outline that can then be manipulated in one of our CAD systems. The beauty of this is that you can give us a foam or clay part, we will then digitize that part, create a CAD file, and then generate a fully functional plastic model from our rapid prototyping system. In essence, you will receive a working model of an idea within a very short period of time. This can greatly save you design time and money.
